I have been
interested in the weather for as long as I can remember, always watching the
weather, summer and winter. In 1980 I got my amateur radio license and in 1982,
I went to the National Weather Service class and became a trained storm
spotter.
Where I live, we
get to see plenty of storms during the four seasons, and have seen all kinds of
storms except a hurricane. Storms that include at one time the country’s worst
hailstorm, tornadoes, flash floods, severe windstorms, dust storms, and
blizzards.
In addition to my
interest in the weather, I also have an interest in gardening, investing,
history and especially health. You can find interesting articles about these
topics on my other Blogs.
More than 10 years
ago, I started writing articles on the internet. Since that first article, I
have written over 3,000 articles on the internet and in magazines.
I am also a certified Wellness Forum Health Center Food Over Medicine instructor and certified in optimal nutrition from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
